We want you to be comfortable ordering from PLAM HAIR. If you need to request a return, contact us before sending the item back at contact@plamhair.com.

U.S. orders

Return requests should be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Once a return is approved and received, we will review the item and process an eligible refund to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order under applicable law.
